We are an independent brand

Squishy Dumpling Co. designs and sells its own range of squishy dumpling squeeze toys. We are an independent company — we are not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to any other brand, manufacturer, retailer, film, show, character, or franchise.

We don't claim to be the "official", "original", or only maker of dumpling-shaped squishies. Similar products exist from other sellers; the designs we offer are simply the ones we have chosen and put our name to.

Any third-party brand names or trademarks that may ever appear on this site (for example in a customer review or a comparison) remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe or compare. Their appearance does not imply any partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement.

What our products are — and aren't

They are: decorative, collectible slow-rise foam squeeze toys, made for fidgeting, comfort, and display.

They are not:

• Food or anything edible — despite the realistic dumpling and bun look.
• Teethers or chew toys.
• Medical, therapeutic, or wellness devices.
• Licensed or "official" merchandise of any character, film, show, or brand.

Because they look like food, please keep them away from meals and out of reach of anyone who might try to bite or swallow them.

Mystery boxes & random items

Some products are sold as mystery boxes, blind bags, or random assortments. When an item is marked as mystery or random, the exact design, character, or colour you receive is selected at random and cannot be chosen, requested, or guaranteed. Our rarity grades explained

You will see a small badge on some of our squishies — Rare (one star), Epic (two stars) or Unique (three stars). Here is exactly what that means, and what it does not.

What a grade is. It is our own in-house label, in the same spirit as "standard", "premium" and "deluxe". We assign it ourselves, product by product, based on things like the finish (glitter, galaxy, metallic, rainbow), the format (mini, large, giant) and how special a piece is within our own range. Products with no badge are our classics — exactly the same materials and the same care, simply our standard line.

What a grade is not. It is not a statement about how many units exist, how many were produced, or how hard an item is to find anywhere else. We never publish production numbers, edition sizes, or "1 in X" odds, and a grade is not a promise of resale value, investment value, or future scarcity.

Grades can change over time as our range evolves: an item may be re-graded, and the grade shown today is not guaranteed for the future. If a product page ever states something more specific about an edition — for example a numbered or dated drop — that statement is what counts, not the badge.

Photos, colours & sizes

We work hard to show our products accurately, but lifestyle photos, renders, and illustrations are for presentation only. Actual colour, finish, and size can vary slightly from batch to batch and from how they appear on your screen.

All sizes are approximate and given for reference. Small variations between individual pieces are normal and part of the handmade-style charm.

Safety & age guidance

• Recommended for ages 3 and over.
• Choking hazard — contains small parts. Keep away from babies, very young children, and pets.
• Adult supervision is advised during play. These are not teethers or chew toys.
• Never cut, pierce or open a squishy. The gel, beads or liquid inside are not meant to touch skin, eyes or mouth.
• Never heat or freeze a squishy — no microwave, hot water, radiator, parked car in the sun, or freezer. Heated material can deform and cause burns.
• Stop using the toy immediately if it splits or leaks, or if skin becomes red, itchy or sore.
• Remove and safely discard all packaging before giving a toy to a child.
• Inspect toys from time to time and stop using any item that becomes damaged.

Materials, skin contact & allergies

Our squeeze toys are made from thermoplastic rubber (TPR), polypropylene (PP), polyurethane (PU) and other plastics, with added colourants. Depending on the model, the shell may be filled with a soft gel, glitter suspended in gel, water beads, or air.

These materials are widely used in toys, but no material is risk-free for everyone. Squeeze toys are held for long stretches at a time, and prolonged skin contact with any plastic or rubber item can cause redness, itching, dryness or a rash in sensitive people — and, rarely, an allergic contact reaction.

If you or your child has a known sensitivity to plastics, rubbers, plasticisers or synthetic dyes, please do not use our products. We do not market our toys as latex-free, fragrance-free or hypoallergenic, and we make no such claim. If a reaction happens

Stop using the toy straight away, wash the area with mild soap and lukewarm water, and seek medical advice. Contact emergency services for any breathing difficulty, swelling of the face or mouth, or a burn. Please also let us know — we record every report and it helps us act on a batch if something is wrong with it.

Comfort, not medical claims

Lots of customers tell us our squishies help them relax, focus, or unwind — and we love hearing that. But our products are fun comfort and fidget items only. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

If you are dealing with stress, anxiety, or any health concern, please speak with a qualified professional. A squishy is a nice little companion, not a substitute for care.
