How do I place an order?
Add a squishy dumpling to your cart, open the cart, and follow the secure checkout. No account needed — guest checkout is available.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus the express wallets shown at checkout. Options appear automatically for your device and region.
Is my payment secure?
Yes — checkout is encrypted and processed through Shopify's PCI-compliant system. We never see or store your full card details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders fast, so changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order is in fulfillment. Contact us immediately and we'll do our best to help.
I didn't get an order confirmation email.
Check your spam or promotions folder first. Still missing? Contact us and we'll resend it.
Will I be charged taxes?
Any applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, based on your destination.

Shipping & Delivery

How soon will my order ship?
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $5.95 in the continental US and $9.95 to Alaska & Hawaii — and it's free on all orders over $50. An optional Shipping Protection upgrade is available at checkout ($9.90 mainland, $13.90 Alaska & Hawaii). See our full Shipping & Delivery page.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery within the USA typically takes between 1 and 18 business days (excluding processing time). It can occasionally be longer due to factors beyond our control (holidays, weather, and similar).
How do I track my order?
If you created an account, your tracking number is in your member area. If you ordered as a guest, we email you an order summary with a number to track your package in real time.
I ordered several items but only received one.
Some products ship separately in different packages (this is the case for certain packs). Don't worry — every item you ordered will arrive.
My package is late, lost or stolen.
If your order hasn't arrived in the estimated time, or is reported lost or stolen in transit, we'll open an investigation with the carrier — no action needed on your part. Once a loss is confirmed, a refund is processed within 3 to 7 business days.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them (this includes sale items and limited editions). After you receive return authorization, you have 14 days to ship the item back. See our full Returns & Refund policy. Mystery boxes and blind bags follow our Mystery Box Policy.
How do I start a return?
Members: log in, open Order History, and select the items to return. Guests: contact us with your order details. Our team reviews your request and sends return instructions and authorization.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return at our warehouse, your refund is processed within 3 to 7 business days. No restocking fees.
Can I exchange an item?
We don't offer direct exchanges. Simply return your item for a refund and place a new order for the one you'd like.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We're sorry! Contact us with proof of the defect (a photo and your delivery note). For defective items we provide a prepaid return label, and your refund is processed within 3 to 7 business days after we receive the package.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the item is defective, we provide a prepaid return label. For change-of-mind or size issues, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Mystery boxes & blind bags

How do mystery boxes and blind bags work?
They contain squishy dumplings selected at random, so the exact color, design, or character is a surprise revealed when you unbox. You can't choose or be guaranteed a specific item, and duplicates can occur in multi-packs. See our Mystery Box Policy.
I didn't get the design I wanted — can I return it?
No. Because mystery items are random, getting a color or character you didn't want (or a duplicate) isn't eligible for return or refund. Defects, damage, and wrong items are always covered — the full rules are in our Mystery Box Policy.
I received a duplicate in my multi-pack.
Duplicates are part of the surprise and aren't refundable. If you bought a labelled full set and a listed item is genuinely missing, contact us and we'll help sort out the missing piece.
My mystery item arrived damaged or wrong.
We've got you. Contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and at least 2 clear photos, and we'll make it right per our Mystery Box Policy.

What are they made of?
Premium, high-density slow-rise foam designed to keep its squish far longer than cheap squishies.
How do I care for and clean my squishy dumpling?
Wipe gently with a slightly damp cloth and air dry. Avoid soaking it, and keep it out of direct sunlight to help prevent fading.
Will the squish last?
Yes — the slow-rise foam resists cracking and yellowing, so it stays soft and squeezable with regular use.
Are they safe?
Our squishy dumplings are decorative squeeze toys, not food. Keep them away from very young children and pets, as they are not intended for chewing or swallowing.
Are they scented?

Gifting

Can I send a squishy dumpling as a gift?
Absolutely. Every order arrives in clean, gift-ready packaging, so it's ready to give right out of the box.
How are gift returns handled?
If a gift was shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return once we receive the item. If it wasn't marked as a gift, the refund goes to the original purchaser.
Can I ship a gift to a different address?
Of course. Just enter the recipient's address as the shipping address at checkout.
